Hillside Sub - Area Transportation Plan
The Sub-Area Transportation Plan for upper- Goldenview was completed in November 2006. This document has been in process for at least a couple of years. The goal of the document was to map out road routes for the undeveloped North East upper section of South Goldenview. There are many undeveloped large tracts of land that will be developed in the future.
The Traffic Department Director, Lance Wilbur, managed the process to come up with proposed routes to interconnect the main internal roads to allow traffic to traverse the upper section of Goldenview all the way from Romania to Rabbit Creek without needing to access Goldenview. The driving force of this document is to relieve future cumulative impacts to Goldenview Drive from all the incremental developments as they develop out and help in case of a fire evacuation from the Hillside.
